Follow The Step and you will done ...it

Install the USB modem as usual
Create a new APN in the BSNL interface (for docomo it is "tata.docomo.internet"). Make it as default.
Check in Windows under installed modem options. there you will have HSPA DataCardPropritary USB MODEM
Create a new Dialup with your desired name and use the above modem as modem dialing number will be ’99#. user name and password will be blank
Go to the BSNL modem installed directory in Program Files. in my system it is "C:\Program Files\BSNL 3G Data Carcl\BSNL 3G\" . Change the file name BSNL. 3G.exe to something else. for example BSNL 3G.abc so that it will not execute.
Now remove your datacard and remove BSNL sim and put whichever the SIM you want (APN should be the same) connect it again to the system.
The green light will glow after 10-15 seconds. Now you can connect using the new dialup connection we made. (Here onwards. every time you can use the dial-up) It will get connected in 3.0 MBPS. actual speed will be depended on the SIM you are using and the network strength.

Solution for Idea E1732 and E1550 Signal Problem (after unlocking)

Hi friends most of us used cdma work shop to unlock idea e1732, e1550, In this process every modem gets unlocked but the problem is some of the modems not able to catch the signal. Some of them only detect BSNL.I have faced the same problem finally I found the solution for this.

Download following first:(if u have already no need to down load unlocker kit)

For advanced user:

Connect your modem (which is unlocked but not detecting signal or not showing any network)
Then come on CDMA wokrshop and Select Com Port and click on Connect and navigate to Memory Tab >> NV ITEMS >> Click On Write
Now you can see one confirm box click on OK. then Click on Open then borwse and select the file select the NV ITEMS file given below

For e1732 select 1732 repair.txt
For e1550 select 1550 repair.txt

Wait till it reaches 100% .
Now done . put any sim and check

Step by Step guide to unlocking huawei e1732 idea netsetter Proper :-

Download CDMA workshop v 2.7.0. & open ( Disable antivirus )
Download Huawei e1732 down grader.
Insert an Unwanted Sim to your huawei e1732 netsetter.
Find the Proper port your huawei e1732 modem is connected.

You Can Do These Step :-

Right click on your My Computer> Manage > Device Manager >Ports (COM & LPT) > HUAWEI Mobile Connect – 3G Application Interface( COM [The port number appear in your system] )

Note the com port number into which your huawei e1732 idea netsetter modem is connected.
Run CDMA Workshop v2.7.0.exe ( check antivirus Disable)

Select the Port that you noted from your Device Manager under the port option in COM Settings (AT mode) under the Main tab.

Click on Connect then again click on read.

Go to the Security tab > Type 000000 in the blank box under SPC > Click on SPC button > Click on Send with Default (nv_read) as SPC.

Click Memory tab > NV Items > Read > Now a Conform box will appear > Click OK > Now NV Items Backup box will appear > In the box straight to Last NV Item type 9999 > Click OK >Save the file by giving a file name you like

When the buffer reach 100% your file is saved successfully.
Now a Information box will appear > Click OK > Minimize CDMA Workshop v2.7.0
Run E1732 Downgrader "I accept the agreement" > Next > wait for a few seconds until the search for your modem finishes > (Don’t mark Auto remove the device after update ) Next > (Don’t unplug data card while process is not finish) > Start > At the end of Downloading Programs.. you will get a Update Failure! error dialog box (Don't Worry & Think Bad) > Click OK > Click Finish.
Restore CDMA Workshop v2.7.0 > Main tab > Disconnect.
Unplug your Net setter (Modem) from your computer.
Again Plug it to the Computer > Check the Port again from the Device Manager
Then come on CDMA wokrshop and Select Com Port and click on Connect and navigate to Memory Tab >> NV ITEMS >> Click On Write
Now you can see one confirm box click on OK. then Click on Open then browse and select the file select the NV ITEMS file given below

For e1732 select 1732 repair.txt
For e1550 select 1550repair.txt

Wait till it reaches 100% .
Now done . use any sim in netsetter.

Unplug your Idea Netsetter usb modem and Insert Non idea sim Card (Exp.Tata,Airtel).
Plugin your Idea Netsetter usb modem. After your idea software run. Ask Unlock Code.

Open Universal Master Code Generator and Insert Your Idea Netsetter modem IMEI Number click Calculate tab.

How to Unlock Idea NetSetter 3G Huawei E1550 {Part-2}

Step 1:-Insert your Idea NetSetter 3G device (with the original Idea sim card it came bundled with) in the USB port of your computer and install the Idea NetSetter software. This is to ensure that all the necessary device drivers are installed. You can skip this step if you already have the software installed.
Step 2:-Run the setup file of the E155XUpdate_11.608.13.02.00.B418 Software and follow the on-screen instructions. If the device is not found by the application, make sure to exit the Idea Software or any other application that may be using the Idea USB device and try again. You will require the flash code for continuing with the process. Use the Huawei Unlocker software and key in the IMEI number of the Idea Netsetter (Remove the sim card to see the IMEI number). The application will generate two numbers Flash and Nck. Flash code is the one that you will need in this step. Also, note down the Nck code, you might require this in the last step.

How to Unlock Idea NetSetter 3G Huawei E1550 {Part-2} :-

Run the setup file of the E155XUpdate_11.608.13.02.00.B418

Open the firmware upgrade file you have downloaded by double clicking on it
As you open the firmware upgrade file you can see the terms and condition tab kindly select the I Agree and click on Next.

Then it will search for the modem and port , you can check following process.

As it find the port and model details you can see the conformation tab kindly select the next.

After conforming it will show following warning window click on Start.

Click next it show warnning.

Then it will ask u to input password u have to Enter the Flash code which will we now generate in next step.
Open unlocker dowloaded and Put Ur IMEI number in it

Click unlock and it will generate Flash Code and put flash code

Your Firmware is updating kindly wait until the process complete (Interrupting the process may damage your modem permanently ).
As process completed you can see the success message.

Unlocking Idea 3G Net Setter Huawei E1732 (100% WORKING)

Idea netsetter 7.2 mbps is most demanded usb dongle in my market which is too cheap(Approx 1400/- ),People are unlocking this modem for 75/- Rs or even more in some cities.But finally i am here sharing a permanent unlock solution for E1732 and other two alternet method to unlock idea netsetter.I have already discussed how to unlock idea netsetter E1732 ? But many people are failed to do so beacause of their small mistakes,So here i am posting one more articles to solve all the query related to unlock of ideanetsetter. Unlock huawei e1732 idea netsetter permanently

Before starting unlocking you need following two software.so download it first and Extract it.

CDMA Workshop - Download
E1732 Downgrader - Download
Mobile Partner 23 - Download

Unlock Huawei E1732 (Idea) 7.2 mbps usb 3G modem

Unlocking of Huawei E1732 can be done in 3 portion,Here we have to downgrade the firmware of the modem because the idea 7.2 mbps modem comes with customized Firmware.

Right click on you My Computer-->Select Properties-->Select Device Manager
Now device manager window appears,Select Ports(COM & LPT)
Refer following screenshot and select Huawei Mobile Connect – 3G Application interface and Note down the Post No. (Here Any Port)

Now Run CDMA Workshop.Exe From CDMA_Workshop and Click on Main and select the com port number in COM Settings (AT mode) which you have note down in above step.
After that click on Connect Select button.Don’t forget to check status !! It must shows ready if you have selected correct com port.

Now navigate to Memory tab and click on Read button. Instantly Confirm pop up box appears; Here Click On OK button as shown in below screenshot.

After that on more box appears, Here Set Last NV item to 9999

After that Save as box appears, Here you have to save Nv Backup file to your desire place with any name in your pc Be Careful........?

Now CDMA workshop starts reading and this will take some time approximately two minutes,After that you will see the following message and click on OK.

Now Run The E1732Update_11.126.16.00.356_B427.exe from Huawei E1732 firmware E1732Update_11.126.16.00.356_B427.rar, Select "I accept the agreement" and click on next button.

This wizard will search your modem in your few seconds !! Make sure you have closed mobile partner 23 or Idea internet dashboard,If one of these application is opened then Firmware not able find your modem and shows error
Read and Follow the instruction carefully and Click on Start button.

Click On Next button.

Now the Application starts downloading firmware to your modem

After completing above process,you will get massage like update failure,Don’t worry and click on OK and Finish !! Now you are done,Second portion of the firmware downgrading is completed

This is the last portion of the unlocking here you have to write Nv backup file to modem,which you have stored previously at the starting of the unlocking in the first portion.
Now Run CDMA workshop again.Confirm the port number again from device manager.

And select port no Click on Main tab and select the com port number in COM Settings(AT mode) which you have note down in above step (Here COM 12 ). After that click on Connect Select button.Refer the following screenshot for better understanding

Now Quickly navigate to Memory tab and click on write button.After that Browse and open the Nv Backup file (Here e1732.txt)

As you click on write open button Cdma workshop instantly starts writing this file to your modem.this process will completed in few seconds !!

When the process will reach at 100% you can see success message then click on OK and Close the CDMA workshop,It will ask for “To send Reset Command” click on No
Disconnect your modem and Insert it again.you are Done !! Now your modem is Unlocked.
After Unlocking your Huawei modem,Mobile partner is essential software that you need.Because in unlocked modem default dashboard not gives maximum flexibility.
Install Mobile partner 23 and enjoy Voice and USSD Features
Now CDMA workshop starts reading and this will take some time approximately two minutes,After that you will see the following message and click on OK.
