Here is the Step by step Solution:

First Download Following Software which gone we use :-

Modem firmware and Install it (Download from here).
Mobile Partner’s 11.302.09.01.539 Voice USSD and install it >Click here to download.
Download Video MMS Dashboard. Click here to Download it.
E-1550 Netsetter Unlock-er.Click here to Download it From Here.

Now follow the following step :-

Run the setup file which is downloaded in 1st step.
I accept it and click next.
Then it will serch ur device.
Then it diplay the update setting.
Click next it show warnning.
Then it will ask u to input password u have to Enter the Flash code which will we now generate in next step.
Open unloacker dowloaded 4th and Put Ur IMEI number in it
Click unlock and it will generate Flash Code
Put Flash code into 1st step.
After putting flash code in 1st step click next.
Update succefully.

Now follow the install Mobile Partner dashboard following step :-

Now, you are one step closer to unlocking of the NetSetter device. Start the setup file of HUAWEI_UTPS11.302.09.06.209 software and follow the steps.
Again, ensure that the 3G device is not being used by any other software so that the application could find it easily.
Process as above step and it would download softwere in ur device.
This step involves installing the Huawei Original Unbranded Mobile Partner software on your computer to manage the 3G device.
It is the same software that comes with NetSetter but it is just that it is unbranded and has no logo for any telecom company. But it is recommended to install to complete the unlocking procedure.
It is like a normal software installation and does not require any specific guidelines.
Then put flash code on Flash code box and You are done with resetting your Idea netsetter modem E1550 SUCCESSFULLY!!!

Now You can use the device for making voice calls right from your computer using the computer’s mic and speakers.

How to Create a new profile in Huawei Mobile Partner

I have already provided many article for Unlocking your various types of modem e.g. Huawei, ZTE, Micromax, Alcatel, Doro, Vodafone, Airtel, Aircel, Reliance, Tata Docomo, Tata Indicom, MTN, Globe, Fastlink, Glo, etisalat etc. Some of the unlocking article was using firmware, some of them using DC unlocker, some of them using simple unlock code. Different modems can be unlocked with different methods. But, after unlocking your modem, one need to create a profile in your huawei dashboard or ZTW net connector. Many users having issues in creating a new profile to use another than default sim.

Hence, today I am proving the article to create a new profile. I am using Huawei Mobile Partner Dashboard in this guide. In another dashboard it may be slightly different, which you can be done by you.

Step by step guide to create a profile in huawei modem dashboard :-

First run the dashboard and if dashboard is already running then disconnect your internet to create a new profile.
Now click on Settings.
Here, click on Options as you can see highlighted in above screenshot. Now its will open Options windows for create a new profile.
Now click on Profile Management from the left panel.
Now click on New from the right pane to create a new profile.

Create APN setting in mobile partner software
Now put any name in “Profile Name” (We have put Idea) and select APN as Static and put the APN (we have put Idea APN) as per your network or sim.
After doing all the above steps click on Save button from the right pane and you have done successfully. Now when you want to use idea sim then change the profile name as idea and click on Default.
Now you are ready to connect with your Idea sim. You can create as many profile as you want.

Unlock Huawei E1553 Broadband Dongle free

Huawei E1553 is not so famous as E303 and E3131 broadband modems. E1553 dongle had been launched earlier. If you are using E1553 dongle locked to a particular network. Then, its time to unlock your E1553 modem for free. After unlock there will be no barrier of network, means you can use any another network provider as well as default sim. To unlock your Huawei E1553 dongle you need to update / change / replace the firmware of your data card. Firmware update file (E1553 Update 11.609.18.00.00.B418) for E1553 dongle can be downloaded from the download link which is provided at the end of the article.

How to update the firmware of huawei e1553 broadband modem :-

Download universal master code , Huawei modem code writer tool and firmware update of E1553 dongle.
Run the universal master code tool and go to Huawei tab.
Enter your 15 digit IMEI and click on Calculate.
Now you will get Unlock Code (NCK Code) and Flash code as in above screenshot.

Note down both Unlock and Flash code.
Plug the E1553 to Windows PC and let it run the default software (Huawei Mobile Partner).
Now disconnect the internet and close the software of E1553.
Run the firmware update file which you have already downloaded.
It will search your modem Port
Click on Next and accept the agreement.
When it ask for Password then use Flash code as password.
Wait till finish wizard.
Now your modem firmware has been successfully updated.

How to unlock huawei e1553 broadband data card :-

After the firmware update, run the Huawei modem code writer tool, which you have already downloaded.

Now click on “Please Select Com Port”.
It will detect your modem com port.
Now click on “Unlock Modem” button.
It will ask you “8 digit unlock code”.
Enter the unlock code / NCK which you have already noted down.
Now your E1553 is unlocked forever.
Now download latest Huawei mobile partner software v 23.009.09.02.910 and update your dongle.
Now change the default sim with another network sim.
Create the profile with Correct APN as per network provider sim.
Now connect to internet and enjoy.

Good Huawei Modem Code Writer Tool to Unlock your Huawei Modem Free

Today, I will talk about two Huawei Modem Code Writer tool which I have already introduced in my article. Both, Huawei Modem Code Writer tool is great but I want to highlight something with you. Yesterday I was unlocking one Stubborn Huawei E173bu-1 modem. I flash it properly and there was no error. After flashing the Huawei Airtel my modem firmware was 11.126.15.0.00. After changing the sim, Huawei Airtel E173BU-1 modem was not asking for unlocking password.

One more Free Unlocking Tutorial on Unlock-Huawei-Zte.Blogspot.com.Previously i have posted the DC-Unlocker Tool,Which very helpful to unlock most of huawei and Zte Modems for free,Unfortunately we are unble to Unlcok idea Huawei E1732 7.2 mbps Modem with DCcrap.Well,Idea 7.2 mbps netsetter comes with customized firmware,There is no permanent solution on available for free on net to Unlock idea usb modem.However free but temporary solution Sola GSM unlocker)available but its too frustrating to unlock modem every time when you connect your modem to pc.Idea netsetter 7.2 mbps is most demanded usb dongle in my market which is too cheap(Approx 1300/-),People are unlocking this modem for 50-100 Rs or even more in some cities.But finally i am here sharing a permanent unlock solution for E1732 Go ahead and Unlock Huawei E1732 your self !! Software needs to Unlock Idea 7.2 mbps USB modem :-

Before starting unlocking you need following two software.So download it first and Extract it.

CDMA Workshop [Download It From This Link]

E1732 Downgrader [Download It From This Link]

Mobile Partner [Download It From This Link]

Unlock Huawei E1732 (Idea) 7.2 mbps usb 3G modem
Unlocking of Huawei E1732 can be done in 3 portion,Here we have to downgrade the firmware of the modem because the idea 7.2 mbps modem comes with customized Firmware.
Unlock idea Huawei E1732 in 3 Portion !!

Read NV items using CDMA workshop and Make the backup of NV items.
Downgrade the Firmware of Modem. [Compulsory disconnect the usb modem after this step ]
Write NV items to Modem using CDMA workshop.

Hope you have downloaded all require Files from above links.you may need to disable your antivirus otherwise you are not able to open CDMA workshop.
Lets starts the unlocking…
Connect your usb modem,Install the Idea internet dashboard (if you have already done ignore it !!).
Now close the idea internet dashboard.

Follow these steps Carefully to Unlock your modem…

Right click on you My Computer.
Select Properties
Select Device Manager
Now device manager window appears,Select Ports (COM & LPT)
Refer following screenshot and select Huawei Mobile Connect –3G Application interface and Note down the Post No. (Here COM12)

Now Run CDMA Workshop.exe From CDMA_Workshop.zip
Click on Main tab and select the com port number in COM Settings (AT mode) which you have note down in above step.
After that click on Connect Select button. Don’t forget to check status !! It must shows ready if you have selected correct com port.

Now navigate to Memory tab and click on Read button. Instantly Confirm pop up box appears;
Click Here On OK button as shown in below screenshot.

After that on more box appears,Here Set Last NV item to 9999

After that Save as box appears, Here you have to save Nv Backup file to your desire place with any name in your pc (Be Careful !!)

Now CDMA workshop starts reading and this will take some time approximately two minutes,After that you will see the following message and click on OK.

Now the first portion is completed to unlock this modem, Second portion is to downgrade the firmware of the modem.

Step 1 :-Now Run the Huawei E1732 firmware downgrade.exe from Huawei E1732 firmware downgrade.zip , Select I accept the agreement and click on next button.

Step 2 :-This wizard will search your modem in your few seconds !! Make sure you have closed mobile partner or Idea internet dashboard,If one of these application is opened then Firmware not able find your modem and shows error.

Step 3:-Read and Follow the instruction carefully and Click on Start button.

Step 4:-Click On Next button.

Step 5:-Now the application starts downloading firmware to your modem.

Step 6:-After completing above process,you will get massage like update failure, Don’t worry and click on OK and Finish !!

Now you are done, Second portion of the firmware downgrading is completed.
This is the last portion of the unlocking here you have to write Nv backup file to modem,which you have stored previously at the starting of the unlocking in the first portion.
Now Run CDMA workshop again.Confirm the port number again from device manager.

And select port no Click on Main tab and select the com port number in COM Settings (AT mode) which you have note down in above step (Here COM 12 ). After that click on Connect Select button.Refer the following screenshot for better understanding.

Now Quickly navigate to Memory tab and click on write button.After that Browse and open the Nv Backup file (Here e1732.txt)

As you click on write open button Cdma workshop instantly starts writing this file to your modem.this process will completed in few seconds !!

When the process will reach at 100% you can see success message then click on OK and Close the CDMA workshop,It will ask for “To send Reset Command” click on No.
Disconnect your modem and Insert it again.you are Done !!
Now your modem is Unlocked.After Unlocking your Huawei modem,Mobile partner is essential software that you need.
Because in unlocked modem default dashboard not gives maximum flexibility.Install Mobile partner and enjoy Voice and USSD Features

Note:-

Here we have to use Full version of CDMA workshop to Unlock Huawei E1732,So its necessary to use CR@cked version of CDMA workshop.Please disable your antivirus for some time !!
No power fluctuation happens while Unlocking,If you are using laptop then its better to connect your laptop charger while this process,Any fluctuation in power may damage a firmware of your card.After that your data card will not work properly.
Don’t Remove data card Unlocking.This mistake may dead your modem.
Here,I have described the unlocking process in brief.Still If you make any mistake and your modem not responding,then comment below your problem.I’ll try my best to solve !!

How to Firmware Upgrade / Downgrade In Huawei Modem

Firmware is nothing but the program code which contains of the control program for the devices. They may be permanently installed on the device or update able. As we know we can unlock some Huawei modem by updating or downgrading (Flashing) the firmware, In this article I will discuss on same.

Firmware Upgrade Procedure :-

Open the firmware upgrade file you have downloaded by double clicking on it
As you open the firmware upgrade file you can see the terms and condition tab kindly select the I Agree and click on Next.

Then it will search for the modem and port , you can check following process.

As it find the port and model details you can see the conformation tab kindly select the next.

After conforming it will show following warning window click on next.

Your Firmware is updating kindly wait until the process complete (Interrupting the process may damage your modem permanently ).

As process completed you can see the success message.

Note:- If it will ask password during the update you have to provide the FLASH Code generated by IMEI

Firmware Upgrade Error:-

Probably you can get following error during the firmware upgrade

Airtel E1731 (Huawei E173Cs-1) Latest Firmware Solution

In India Bharti Airtel is providing there mobile broadband connection using huawei E1731 which is a 7.23mbps hsdpa modem with a most of facility which you can check in E1731 reviews. Earlier they comes in E173u-1 which can easily unlocked by just entering unlock code for E1731, we have provided Airtel E1731 Unlocker and Airtel E173u-1 unlocking solution then they changed the firmware also customized it and its comes in E173Bu-1. Its firmware version number is 11.126.16.04.284 and software version is 16.001.06.07.254 Fakiro which can be easily unlocked by just updating/flashing it with Huawei E173 Firmware in-stand of Airtel E1731 Firmware, you can find Unlocking solution For Huawei E173Bu-1 here. E173u-1 and E173Bu-1 are different version of the airtel E1731 both are coming in 35********** series IMEI. But at the end of May 2012 Bharti airtel has launched E173Cs-1 which has the Customized Firmware (21.157.13.00.910) and huawei has also tweaked with its IMEI and now its starting with 863791010**** so its need the different code calculator then 35******* series modems as per new security algorithm of huawei.

Airtel E1731 (E173Cs-1) Unlock :-

First of all connect your modem with the system and let it install the Drivers.
Then install the default dashboard Comes in Modem and drivers.
Download customized Mobile partner with all APN and install it in your modem (How To]Install/Replace Mobile Broadband With Modem’s Default Dashboard (Tutorial))
Then Download the Firmware File E173Cs-1 Update_21.157.13.00.910.B757
Lash The Firmware in your modem if its ask for Password Provide Flash Code generated by using IMEI.
After Fishing the Flashing just insert other sim in your modem and it will ask the unlock code so just provide your unlock code there (Unlock Code calculator For Huawei New Algo Modem Airtel E1731).
Huh you can see the magic yah your modem is unlocked

As you may already know that modem can not be used in any PC without the drivers which is required by modem. Drivers of modems comes with dashboard / connection manager of modem. In market Visiontek 82GH NetSetter comes locked to Airtel and BSNL network in India, but it also comes already unlocked. The best part of Visiontek 3G modems is it comes with auto apn facility, means just connect your modem to PC and let it install the all drivers which is required by your dongle and simply connect to the internet.

Unlock Visionteck 82GH 3G Modem through Nokia PC Suite :-

Open Nokia PC suite. If you don't have Download Here and install it.
Insert any sim in the data card and plug it into your PC.
Your Modem will display Invalid SIM Warning, just ignore it and close modem software.
In a Nokia PC suite click on icon >Connect to the Internet.

Now Click on the Settings and select your modem.

After selecting the modem select Configure connection manually.

Select the Modem from the List that is given and Enter the Operator APN ( Access Point )

Click on the Connect and wait few seconds.
