Click on 'DMSS' and select the 'bin' file and click OK.
Click start.

First you have uninstall your default Tata Indicom Dialer.
Instal CC Cleaner to your computer (or you can use any history, registry and junk file cleaner).
Run the CC Cleaner and clean your Registry.
Now connect your modem with new CDMA SIM inserted.

Airtel Huawei E173cs-1 Modem Default Firmware Update

Airtel 7.2 Mbps Data Card e173cs-1 also known as Huawei 1731 modem Hi-link download the default original firmware version 21.157.31.00.284 here this modem comes in locked status only specific sim card can be used into it so you need to unlock it before use any other mobile operator sim card to unlock read our old post Airtel Huawei E1731 (E173Cs-1) NEW IMEI (86***) UNLOCKING also you can request new algo code there.

Steps to setup airtel huawei e173cs-1default firmware update : -

First of all make sure that you have connected your Airtel Broadband modem properly and installed Airtel India Dashboard and all the drivers.
Close the dashboard and other updating wizards.
Download E173Cs-1 Update_21.157.31.00.284 or Mirror.
Open E173Cs-1 Update_21.157.31.00.284.Exe and you can see the terms and condition window select “I Agree the terms and condtions” and click on ok.
Now you can see it will process like Finding Port after complete it will shows Find Port Succeed then you can see Getting The Device Information. let it do it on its way don’t interrupt it.
Then after you can see that it will start flashing your modem.
At the end of flashing you can see the Success window click on Finish.
And you are done.

Use SIM in Any Modem Without Unlocking (Idea Netsetter)

If you have any kind of unlocked dongle or data card and don’t want to unlock it then Then You Can’t use any SIM without unlocking the modem. It simple we have to access it network area with Nokia tools but using modem software then it show network lock or any thing.

Step by step instruction :-

Insert SIM in Modem {ANY SIM IN ANY MODEM}
Modem show invalid SIM, just ignore it and close modem software.
Start NOKIA PC suite.
Goto nokia pc suite connect to internet option.

Goto Configure.Select your data card modem,and make all operator apn setting as like when we use nokia mobile connection.

Finish set up.
Now connect to internet through PC suite.

Connect to internet
Wow your net is connected without unlocking the modem.

Download , extract and pest it in Following Directory :-

C:\Program Files\Nokia\Connectivity Cable Driver
Folder And Restart Pc And Plug In Modem With Any Sim Card And Now U See Ur Modem At Nokia Pc Suite
Use CDMA with CDMA SIM and GSM with GSM Sim
If you modem Not supported then DOWNLOAD EXTRACT AND PEST IT IN
C:\Program Files\Nokia\Connectivity Cable Driver >FOLDER AND RESTART PC AND PLUG IN MODEM WITH ANY SIM CARD AND NOW U SEE UR MODEM AT NOKIA PC SUITE
