- Open HyperTerminal of Windows XP
- Go to File -> Properties -> Connect using
- Now Press Call (phone icon)
- Here Type : AT^CARDLOCK=”” then press ENTER key
- Congratulations ! You have finished every steps.
To check your lock status type AT^CARDLOCK? in Hyper Terminal- ^CARDLOCK: 1,10,0 means locked
- ^CARDLOCK: 2,10,0 means unlocked
